and El Salvador Mr. Lara has had an extensive and successful professional
career in the design of all aspects of a large variety of land development
projects as they pertain to land planning and grading, water distribution,
sewer and storm drainage,civil, structural engineering and hydrology.
Mr. Lara as the principal engineer at Lamdadev has been providing full Civil engineering consulting services to over 200 clients has successfully completed very many projects ranging from single-family residences to small industrial and commercial sites.
Areas of experience include but are not limited to: Civil Engineering,
grading plans, Land surveying, land development and planning, structural
design of retaining walls foundations and private residences, hydrology
hydraulic studies, street improvement, water and sewer distribution, storm

Assistant Civil Engineer: Westland Engineering, Brea Ca.
Under the direction of Michael Kim, PE and Gene Fisher, PE assisted in the
complete preparation of various tract and parcel maps as well as multi
family condominium projects from land purchase, design of all aspects
including architectural and civil drawings to construction.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Graduated with honors 5th in his
class Sept 1984.

Hector A. Lara was born and raised in El Salvador and is now a US Citizen;
his father is a Civil Engineer and owned a mid-size construction firm.
Since childhood Hector wanted to design roads and buildings like his Dad,
and the good Lord has allowed him and given him that privilege. Hector has
been married since 1988 and has three children.

Management Gerald Rauch, General Engineering Contractor, has been involved
in the land acquisition and development of multiple multimillion dollar
projects, Mr. Rauch’s construction and managerial expertise is wide and
long, and includes high rise building construction, erection of
prefabricated concrete vaults, erection of structural steel building
components. He has been involved in the development of many energy
projects nationally and internationally.
Konrad Reiger, AIA Professional Registered Architect in California, Arizona and Germany Mr. Reiger’s portfolio of project involvement is impressive his expertise includes all aspects of architectural development.
Peter A. Groben, LS Licensed Land Surveyor registered in California has participated in multiple projects from initial surveying, to final construction staking, provides expertise in land subdivision and mapping.
Ing. Erick Calderon, Electrical Engineer, has managed electrical power plants for CEL El Salvador, Nejapa Power in Nicaragua, Director of operations for Compania de Electricidad de Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
Steve Maddox, RG Registered Geologist in California lends his experience in soils and geology, Mr. Maddox is an expert in environmental assessments and ground water and land fill investigations.
Bill Greer, EIT expert in the design and development of dry utilities he
specializes in fiber optics and cable system Design
Dr. Hubert Gutierrez expert in facilities management including hospital
and clinics
Luis Estrada, Electric Engineer, has extensive experience in
the development of innovative electronics and products Richard and Luis
Castro, IT and computer program developers Scott Maxwell, CPA Certified
Public Accountant has extensive experience managing the accounting of
