Athanasios Theodoratos

Athanasios Theodoratos has been employed at LAMDA Development since 2026, where he holds the position of Chief Development Officer, Residential. He has more than 25 years of international experience in the design, development, and delivery of complex mixed-use projects, luxury hospitality and large-scale residential developments. His professional career includes senior leadership roles in development and architectural design within major organizations and projects across Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and South America. Prior to joining LAMDA Development, he worked at Red Sea Global in Saudi Arabia as Senior Design Director, contributing to the development of landmark high-end tourism and residential destinations. Earlier in his career, he worked at KEO International Consultants, where he participated in the design and development of major infrastructure projects and mixed-use developments in Qatar and the wider Middle East. He has also worked at Nakheel in Dubai and at Aedas Architects on large-scale projects in the Middle East, while in Greece he has worked at REDS. He holds a Diploma of Architecture from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London and a Bachelor of Architecture from South Bank University of London.
