Μelina Paizi

Melina Paizi is Managing Director of LAMDA Malls S.A., holding overall responsibility for the strategy, development and operations of the Group’s retail destinations portfolio. She oversees the management of the Group’s four operating shopping centres - Golden Hall, The Mall Athens, Mediterranean Cosmos and Designer Outlet Athens - as well as the development of the new retail destinations, The Ellinikon Mall and Riviera Galleria, the Metropolitan Park, the Culture sector and the Hospitality projects within The Ellinikon development.

During her tenure at LAMDA Development, she has led the design and implementation of strategic landmark projects, including The Ellinikon Experience Centre, The Ellinikon Experience Park and the Athens Olympic Museum.

With over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, and retail center management, Ms. Paizi has held senior executive positions in leading multinational groups, including L’Oréal, The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, Toyota and McArthurGlen Group, across Greece and Italy.

She is also a member of the Greece - Saudi Arabia Business Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). 

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
