At LAMDA Development, providing excellent employee training is a collective commitment. In an ever-changing world, we actively invest in lifelong learning and in the acquisition of new skills. We believe our dedication to training ensures the high quality of our projects, while also offering our people opportunities for professional advancement and personal development. 

In this light, we implement educational programs internally or in cooperation with external partners and encourage all our employees to participate. Annually, we provide over 12,000 hours of internal training.

Additionally, we offer extra days of educational leave for our employees to attend their postgraduate courses, supporting their specialization and academic advancement. Beyond skills and industry knowledge, we also train our people on critical issues, such as transparency and combating corruption.

Openness:  A pathway to progress

Driven by innovation as our everlasting vision, we create projects that transform people's lifestyles. Knowing that innovation cannot be achieved without openness, we chose to become one of the few companies in Greece that attract significant international talent. 

To bring our vision to life, we have partnered with world-renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners, which has been commissioned to design the masterplan for The Ellinikon, currently Europe's most significant urban regeneration project. The same firm has also been commissioned to design the Riviera Tower, the tallest coastal skyscraper in the Mediterranean and a prime example of sustainable construction. Additionally, we commissioned renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma to design the Riviera Galleria shopping mall, which is expected to become a new landmark on the Athens Riviera.

At LAMDA Development, we have taken on the challenge of the brain gain and actively participate in the “Rebrain Greece” national program. Our goal is to attract Greek talent back home. Young professionals from diverse fields who began their careers abroad are now joining our team.
