Shaping Greece’s future

Can a single company transform a city landscape, and along with it the lives, habits and culture of its people? Can it lead an entire country’s economy towards new horizons? Can it inspire hope and opportunity for the next generation, and bring back the talent that left in search of better prospects abroad?
LAMDA Development has proven it can. From shopping centers and upgraded marinas to The Ellinikon, the company delivers landmark projects that modernize everyday living. At the same time, it sparks a new cycle of life in Greek society: improving people's daily lives, strengthening local businesses and creating quality jobs.
Malls: Vibrant hubs of activity for all ages
LAMDA Development’s 4 malls are far from “just places with lots of shops”. They have become the city’s new neighborhoods, offering numerous opportunities for relaxation with friends, as well as exciting cultural and learning activities for the whole family.
Golden Hall, in addition to the most popular Greek and international fashion brands, hosts the XPLORE Entertainment Center, a recreational and educational space where children can discover the world through games. XPLORE also features Athens’ only aquarium with more than 2,000 marine species. Golden Hall also houses the Olympic Museum of Athens, which presents the history of the Olympic Games.
Following the same philosophy, The Mall Athens, Greece’s first indoor shopping center, and Designer Outlet Athens, the premier and only outlet village in the country, offer an all-day experience for both young and old. Likewise, Mediterranean Cosmos in Thessaloniki hosts not only fashion retailers, but also 11 multiplex cinemas and escape rooms, green spaces and restaurants for every taste.

Marinas: New Horizons for Greek Maritime Tourism
With 3 marinas in its portfolio, LAMDA Development is transforming Greece into a unique destination for maritime tourism.
Agios Kosmas Marina on the coastal front of The Ellinikon is expected to accommodate over 300 berths for docking and refueling, as well as super yachts up to 80 meters. The most elegant marina in the Mediterranean is set to become the city's new meeting point. A place to stroll, relax by the sea and visit shops, restaurants and leisure venues.
Similarly, Flisvos Marina, which connects Athens and the Saronic Gulf to the Greek Islands, accommodates 310 vessels, with more than half of the berths able to host yachts over 30 meters. Both locals and visitors enjoy the sunset views over the moored boats, dine in modern restaurants and experience a coastal lifestyle that, until recently, was reserved for the few.
Further afield, in the idyllic Ionian Sea, the upcoming Corfu Marina will accommodate 410 leisure boats up to 140 meters, providing year-round mooring and maintenance services (home-porting). The marina is expected to place Corfu at the heart of the yachting scene across the Ionian and the Adriatic seas.
The Ellinikon: Greece on the global map of urban regeneration
LAMDA Development is raising the bar internationally in the field of urban regeneration with The Ellinikon, the largest real estate investment currently underway in Europe. In a place of great natural beauty with a total surface area of 6.2 million m2 at the Athens Riviera, a 15-minute smart city is going to house one of the largest coastal parks in the world, green residential buildings, a beach complex and marina, malls, hotels, restaurants and entertainment spaces, offices and infrastructure buildings.
The Ellinikon is redefining how we experience urban living, introducing a new lifestyle culture that combines innovation, sustainability and high aesthetics. This project positions Greece as a highly attractive global investment destination, while significantly boosting the national economy.

Creating value for society
LAMDA Development’s mission is to have a positive impact on society. Through our projects, we breathe new life into the urban landscape and contribute to the wellbeing of the people. At the same time, we create new job opportunities – 85,000 jobs from The Ellinikon alone – support local entrepreneurship and enhance Greece’s tourism offering.
At LAMDA, we are rising to the challenge of the brain gain, attracting Greek talent back home. Young professionals from diverse fields who began their careers abroad are now joining our teams.
Our contribution to Greek society has gained international recognition. In 2024, LAMDA Development became the only Greek company to be featured in TIME magazine’s list of 100 most influential companies worldwide. The list includes businesses across sectors that stand out for their innovation, leadership and social impact.
Our projects don’t just build infrastructure – they shape the future of a new Greece, one filled with opportunities and promise.
