“See Life Through Different Eyes”

At LAMDA Development, we envision a better, more welcoming, and inclusive world for everyone, and with this goal, we implement initiatives with a strong social impact.

In 2024, a year of particular significance due to the Olympic Games in Paris, LAMDA Development stood by the Hellenic Paralympic Committee (HPC), supporting its mission and athletes. Inspired by this gesture, but above all by the strength, perseverance, and resilience of our Paralympians, we decided to further leverage these values so that the message of a world without discrimination and exclusion reaches the next generation in a more meaningful way.

In collaboration with the NGO “Me Alla Matia,” since February 2024 we have been implementing the program “See Life Through Different Eyes” in schools across the municipalities where LAMDA operates. So far, more than 3,000 students and 195 teachers have engaged in hands-on learning about the reality of disabilities through personal testimonies and the participation of Paralympians.

The program also extended internally within the company through a two-day dialogue with individuals and organizations representing people with disabilities. This experience left a positive and lasting impact on students, teachers, the local community, and company employees, fostering a culture of inclusion without exclusion.
