Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated May 24, 2007 and the Board of Directors resolution dated August 2, 2007 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National Securities, as follows:
On January 25, 2008 the Company purchased 2.000 shares, with average cost price 11,37 per share and total purchase price 22.744,00
On January 28, 2008 the Company purchased 3.423 shares, with average cost price 10,78 per share and total purchase price 36.901,10
On January 29, 2008 the Company purchased 1.000 shares, with average cost price 10,74 per share and total purchase price 10.736,00
On January 30, 2008 the Company purchased 2.421 shares, with average cost price 10,69 per share and total purchase price 25.869,12
