Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated May 24, 2007 and the Board of Directors resolution dated August 2, 2007 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National Securities, as follows:
On February 7, 2008 the Company purchased 900 shares, with average cost price 10,47 per share and total purchase price 9.424,00
On February 8, 2008 the Company purchased 5.650 shares, with average cost price 10,66 per share and total purchase price 60.217,00
On February 11, 2008 the Company purchased 8.800 shares, with average cost price 10,58 per share and total purchase price 93.116.00
On February 12, 2008 the Company purchased 4.850 shares, with average cost price 10,23 per share and total purchase price 49.615,00
