Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated May 24, 2007 and the Board of Directors resolution dated August 2, 2007 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National Securities, as follows:
On February 21, 2008 the Company purchased 4.200 shares, with average cost price 9,77 per share and total purchase price 41.040,00
On February 22, 2008 the Company purchased 3.402 shares, with average cost price 9,74 per share and total purchase price 33.127,44
On February 25, 2008 the Company purchased 2.700 shares, with average cost price 9,82 per share and total purchase price 26.510,00
On February 26, 2008 the Company purchased 2.950 shares, with average cost price 10,07 per share and total purchase price 29.694,90
On February 27, 2008 the Company purchased 2.900 shares, with average cost price 10,14 per share and total purchase price 29.404,00
