Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company and the Board of Directors resolution dated May 22, 2008 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National P&K Securities, as follows:
On July 15, 2008 the Company purchased 4.843 shares, with average cost price 7,86 per share and total purchase price 38.088,80
On July 16, 2008 the Company purchased 6.500 shares, with average cost price 7,93 per share and total purchase price 51.544,00
On July 17, 2008 the Company purchased 6.700 shares, with average cost price 7,78 per share and total purchase price 52.138,00
On July 18, 2008 the Company purchased 5.533 shares, with average cost price 7,70 per share and total purchase price 42.616,78
On July 21, 2008 the Company purchased 3.202 shares, with average cost price 7,85 per share and total purchase price 25.121,72
