Acquisition of Own Shares
In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated May 24, 2007 and the Board of Directors resolution dated August 2, 2007 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member National Securities, as follows:
On December 7, 2007 the Company purchased 3.746 shares, with average cost price 13,49 per share and total purchase price 50.518,20
On December 10, 2007 the Company purchased 1.000 shares, with average cost price 13,14 per share and total purchase price 13.140,00
On December 11, 2007 the Company purchased 840 shares, with average cost price 13,20 per share and total purchase price 11.089,60
On December 13, 2007 the Company purchased 500 shares, with average cost price 13,40 per share and total purchase price 6.700,00
