LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (the “Company”), in its practice of providing accurate and timely information to investors and pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Rulebook, announces the Financial Calendar of 2023:

| First Quarter 2023 results (Q1 2023) | Announcement: Wednesday31 May 2023 Teleconference results presentation: Thursday 1 June 2023 |
| Ordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (AGM) | Wednesday 21 June 2023 |
| First Half 2023 Results (H1 2023) | Announcement: Wednesday 27 September 2023 Teleconference results presentation: Thursday 28 September 2023 |
| Nine Months 2023 results (9M 2023) | Announcement: Wednesday 22 November 2023 Teleconference results presentation: Friday 24 November 2023 |
The Company’s Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2022.
The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates, following relevant notification to the public by amending the present.
Note that the financial results will be released after the end of the ATHEX trading session and will be uploaded to the Company’s website (www.lamdadev.com) as well as to the ATHEX website (www.athexgroup.gr).
