Within the law as quoted in article 9 par. 5 of L. 3556/2007 with view to calculating and defining the acquisition limits or availability of significant participations by shareholders or owners of voting rights, LAMDA Development notifies the investing public that, the share capital of the Company amounts to 13.208.985,00 divided into 44.029.950 registered shares, of nominal value 0,30 each.
