Announcement of Changes in Senior Management

This announcement is being issued under Regulation 596/2014, Greek law 3556/2007, the Euronext Athens Regulation and relevant HCMC decisions, each as currently applicable.

Following completion of the requisite processes by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of Lamda Development S.A. (the Company), the Board of Directors of the Company was informed today that Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou will be stepping down from the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 31/12/2026. Ms. Evie Kostakis will be taking over the position from 01/01/2027.
