(the “Company”), further to the announcement dated 21.02.2023 regarding the Financial Calendar 2023, in its practice of providing accurate and timely information to investors and pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Rulebook, hereby informs the investing public that the publication date of the FY2022 results is amended as follows:
