Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Notification concerning changes in voting rights

ANNOUNCEMENTS OF REGULATED INFORMATION – TRANSACTIONS NOTIFICATION

LAMDA Development S.A. (hereafter the "Issuer") announces, in accordance with the provisions of L.3556/2007, after notification received from Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (hereafter the "Bank"), that on 20 June 2014, its overall participation to the share capital and the total voting rights of the Issuer fell below the threshold of 5%.

It is noted that on June 19, 2013, date of prior notification, the participation of Eurobank Ergasias S.A. to the share capital of the Issuer was 5.92% and corresponded to 2,621,633 shares and voting rights. The notification submitted by the Financial Stability Fund (FSF), as the parent company of the Bank as on the above mentioned date.
