Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
LAMDA Development S.A. (hereinafter the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, after relevant notification submitted, announces that Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. (hereinafter CLH) sold on 22.7.2014, 797,065 Companys registered common shares with voting rights for a consideration of 3,387,526.25 euros.
CLH is pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 as well as the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, a related legal entity with Mr. Peter Kalantzis who is Chairman and non executive member of the Companys Board of Directors as well as Mr Photios Antonatos, non executive member of the Companys Board of Directors.
