LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EUand after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Treasury & Investor Relations Director, on the 21^st June, 2017 sold 9.500 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 5.8257 euro and with total amount of 55,340.50 euro.
