Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Notification concerning changes in voting rights (L.3556/2007)
LAMDA Development S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) announces, in accordance with the provision of article 14 Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification submitted thereto, that on the 21st of December, 2017 the legal entity under the name VOXCOVE HOLDINGS LTD acquired in total 10,227,206 shares, that is 12.83% of the share capital and the voting rights of the Company.
It is noted that the above mentioned legal entity is controlled at a percentage of 50% by GREY SQUIRREL LTD - 100% subsidiary of OLYMPIA GROUP S.A. - and at a percentage of 50% by VNK CAPITAL LTD.
