LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on November 27, 2019:

- Mrs. Maria Christina Griva, Corporate Communications Director of the Company, acquired 4,100 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.200 euro, with total amount of 29,520.00 euro
- Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director of the Company, acquired 13,700 Company’s registered common shares at an average price of 7.190 euro, with total amount of 98,503.00 euro
