Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on December 3, 2019:

-             Mr. Evangelos Chronis, Vice Chairman of the Company, non executive member, acquired 5,800 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase at an average price of 0.388 euro, with total amount of 2,248.26 euro

-             Mr. Vasilios Baloumis, Financial Director of the Company, acquired 5,000 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.37 euro, with total amount of 1,850.00 euro

-             Mrs. Alexandra Papageorgiou, HR Director of the Company, acquired 11,750 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase at an average price of 0.39 euro, with total amount of 4,582.34 euro
