Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

 

LAMDA Development S.A., (the “Company”) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on the 23rd December 2019, the following persons acquired Company’s registered common shares with voting rights due to their participation in the share capital increase of the Company:

• Mr. Theodoros Gavriilidis, Chief Investment Officer, Lamda Malls of the Company, acquired 22,491 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 150,689.70 euros.
• Mrs. Maria Christina Griva, Corporate Communications Director of the Company, acquired 7,512 Company’s registered common shares, with voting rights, with total amount of 50,330.40 euros.
• Mr. Zissimos Danilatos, Development Director, Project ‘Hellinikon’ Director of the Company, acquired 6,084 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 40,762.80 euros.
• Mr. Dimitrios Zontanos, Development Director, Greece, Project ‘Hellinikon’ Director of the Company, acquired 12,402 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 83,093.40 euros.
• Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director of the Company, acquired 2,645 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 17,721.50 euros.
• Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, Financial and Administration Director of the Company, acquired 23,729 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 158,984.30 euros.
• Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Treasury and Investor Relations Director of the Company, acquired 7,379 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 49,439.30 euros.
• Mr. Vassilios Baloumis, Financial Director of the Company, acquired 22,892 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 153,376.40 euros.
• Mrs. Alexandra Papageorgiou, HR Director of the Company, acquired 28,293 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 189,563.10 euros.
• Mrs. Maria Papakonstantinou, Internal Auditor of the Company, acquired 8,567 Company’s registered common shares with voting rights, with total amount of 57,398.90 euros.
