 LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that on the 15th January 2020:

• Mrs Maria Christina Griva, Corporate Communications Director, acquired 1,744 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 8.4 euro and with total amount of 14,649.60 euro.
• Mr. Christos Nikolopoulos, Asset Management Director, acquired 9,700 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 8.42 euro and with total amount of 81,674.00 euro.
• Mrs Maria Papakonstantinou Internal Auditor, acquired 4,420 Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of 8.4 euro and with total amount of 37,128.00 euro.
