Announcement of regulated information of Law 3556/2007
LAMDA Development S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") in accordance with the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and after relevant notifications submitted, announces that on 28th of August, 2015:
- the legal entity under the name GSO Special Situations Master Fund (Luxembourg) S.a r.l. acquired 12,900 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 54,723.79
- the legal entity under the name GSO Aiquille des Grands Montets (Luxembourg) S.a r.l. acquired 3,768 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 15,984.45
- the legal entity under the name GSO Palmetto Opportunistic Investment (Luxembourg) S.a r.l. acquired 989 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 4,195.54
- the legal entity under the name GSO Oasis Credit (Luxembourg) Partners S.a r.l. acquired 642 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 2,723.42
- the legal entity under the name GSO Cactus Credit Opportunities (Luxembourg) S.a r.l. acquired 535 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 2,269.52
- the legal entity under the name επωνυμία GSO Coastline Credit (Luxembourg) Partners S.a r.l. acquired 247 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 1,047.76
- the legal entity under the name επωνυμία GSO Credit - A (Luxembourg) Partners S.a r.l. acquired 877 of the Company's registered common shares with voting rights of total amount Euro 3,720.36
The abovementioned legal entities are, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005, legal entities closely related to Mr. Akshay Shah, son of Ashok, who attends the meetings of the Company's Board of Directors as an observer on behalf of the Investment Funds managed by GSO Capital Partners L.P..
