Announcement in Relation to Business Development

Following Lamda Development’s announcement regarding the Board of Directors' decision to sell part of its own shares (1.66% of the total share capital) to AEGEAN, Mr. Odisseas Athanassiou, CEO of Lamda Development, stated:
