Appointment of Senior Independent Director of the BoD

LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, announces that, pursuant to the provisions 2.2.21 and 2.2.22 of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code, during the Board of Directors meeting on 07.12.2021 it was unanimously decided the appointment of Mr. Ioannis Zafiriou as Senior Independent Director of the BoD.
