LAMDA Development S.A. informs the investors that following the relevant decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 15.06.2017, during the period from 16.6.2017 to 15.6.2019 no shares have been acquired by the Company.

The total number of own shares that the Company holds, amounts to 1,866,007 shares, with an average purchase price of euro 3.86 and represents 2.34% of its share capital.
