LAMDA Development S.A. informs the investors that following the relevant decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 16.06.2015, during the period from 17.6.2015 to 15.6.2017 the total number of shares acquired amounted to 1,438,186, i.e. 1.80% of its share capital, at an average purchase price of euro 4.04 per share.

The total number of own shares that the Company holds, amounts to 2,366,007 shares, with an average purchase price of euro 3.86 and represents 2.97% of its share capital.
