Euromoney Awards
LAMDA Development S.A. was recognized as the Best Developer and Best Property Manager in Greece by the second annual real estate survey Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2006 organised by the monthly magazine Euromoney (www.euromoney.com) in more than 50 countries.
The participants selected the companies they considered best for specified real estate products and services. The annual selection of winners is based on research, international performance indicators as well as evaluations of each candidates achievements over the past 12 months.
LAMDA Development was preferred by real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions and investors, fulfilling all the necessary criteria for two important categories in the real estate sector. Specifically, for the Best Developer Award, LAMDA Development was distinguished for the ability to develop successful real estate products for investment. For the Best Property Manager Award, LAMDA Development was recognized for maximising the return to investors from real estate property by managing the day to day operations.
