Financial Calendar
LAMDA Development, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1., par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2013, as follows:
-Release of fiscal year 2012 results: Thursday, 28 March 2013
-Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Tuesday 18 June 2013
-Release of first quarter 2013 results: Wednesday, 29 May 2013
-Release of first semester 2013 results: Thursday, 29 August 2013
-Release of nine month 2013 results: Wednesday, 6 November 2013
The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2012 financial results, will be conducted by the Company, on Wednesday 15 May 2013.
The Companys Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2012 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
The Company would like to clarify, that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Companys web site (www.lamda-development.net) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The results will be published in the press the next working day, following their announcement.
