Financial Calendar 2012
LAMDA Development, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1., par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2012, as follows:
-Release of fiscal year 2011 results: Thursday, 29 March 2012
-Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Tuesday, 22 May 2012
-Release of first quarter 2012 results: Wednesday, 16 May 2012
-Release of first semester 2012 results: Wednesday, 29 August 2012
-Release of nine month 2012 results: Wednesday, 7 November 2012
The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2011 financial results, will be conducted by the Company, on Wednesday 25 April 2012.
The Companys Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2011 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
The Company would like to clarify, that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Companys web site (www.lamdadev.com) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr ). The results will be published in the press the next working day, following their announcement.
