Financial Calendar 2016

LAMDA Development S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1., par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2016 as follows:

• Release of fiscal year 2015 results and teleconference: Wednesday, 30th March 2016
• Release of first quarter 2016 results and teleconference: Thursday, 26th May 2016
• Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Wednesday, 15th June 2016
• Release of first semester 2016 results and teleconference: Tuesday, 30th August 2016
• Release of nine months 2016 results and teleconference: Thursday, 24th November 2016

The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2015 financial results, will be conducted by the Company, on Wednesday 20th April 2016.
The Company’s Board of Directors intends to propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2014 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
Τhe results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company’s web site (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
