LAMDA Development S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2019 as follows:

Release of Fiscal Year 2018 results and teleconference: Thursday, March 28, 2019

Release of First Quarter 2019 results and teleconference: Thursday, May 30, 2019

Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Tuesday, June 25, 2019

Release of First Semester 2019 results and teleconference: Tuesday, September 10, 2019

Release of Nine Months 2019 results and teleconference: Thursday, November 28, 2019

The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2018 financial results, will be conducted by the Company on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

The Board of Directors intends to propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2018 at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.

It is noted, that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company’s website (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
