LAMDA Development S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2020 as follows:

Release of Fiscal Year 2019 results: Tuesday, April 7, 2020

Release of First Quarter 2020 results: Thursday, July 23, 2020

Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Release of First Semester 2020 results: Tuesday, September 22, 2020

Release of Nine Months 2020 results: Thursday, November 26, 2020

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2019.

It is noted, that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company’s website (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).
