(the “Company”), further to the announcement dated 10.03.2021 regarding the Financial Calendar 2021 and in its practice of providing accurate and timely information to investors, pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Rulebook, hereby announces that the publication date of the Nine Months 2021 results is amended as follows:

Nine Months 2021 Results Announcement: Tuesday 7 December 2021
Teleconference results presentation: Wednesday 8 December 2021

Note that the financial results will be released after the end of the ATHEX trading session and will be uploaded to the Company’s website (www.lamdadev.com) as well as to the ATHEX website (www.athexgroup.gr).
