Golden Hall won the first prize at the European Awards ICSC 2010
Lamda Developments Shopping Center, Golden Hall, achieved the first prize in European level in its category at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Awards 2010.
The award ceremony took place on Wednesday 28 April 2010 in Prague during the annual European ICSC Conference.Golden Hall was top rated in one of the most difficult categories.
Although, Greek and European Economies suffer due to the recent recession, Lamda Development managed through its developments (Golden Hall, The Mall Athens, Mediterranean Cosmos και Flisvos Marina) to be one the leading real estate companies in Europe.
Golden Hall was selected among 32 shopping centers for its unique characteristics at an international level which include the commercial transformation of an ex Olympic venue, the unique design of the gastronomy floor in contrast to the common food court areas, the unique aesthetic characteristics and of course its professional center management.
Every year since 1975, ICSC has recognised excellence in new and refurbished shopping centres throughout Europe with the presentation of the prestigious and highly sought after European Shopping Centre Awards.
