The first ILIDA apartment is presented to the public
The first pilot apartment in the new landscaped suburb of ILIDA was presented officially to the public and to potential buyers. The fully furnished apartment allows visitors to sense the dimensions and capabilities of the space provided and, to envision the placement of their own furniture and room decor.
ILIDAs spacious and luxurious apartments offer a range of services designed to meet the most discerning residential demands and create ideal living conditions for modern families.
The internal layout of the apartments includes spacious entryways, fireplaces, large bedrooms, bathrooms with whirlpool bath (optional), WC and shower and well-lit kitchens.
Specifications also include private gardens, large semi-open spaces and verandas with extensive views.
Additional benefits offered by this unique residential complex also include independent heating and air conditioning systems, natural gas installations, installation of a 150L electro-boiler with electrical operation at the flick of a switch, underground parking and storage areas.

ILIDA is the new landscaped suburb of Athens that warmly welcomes its residents in a mild development, offering residents large expanses of green areas and operational functionality.
