PRESS RELEASE

EGNATIA Insurance inaugurates the modern Apollo Business Centre office building created by LAMDA Development

On the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of the Apollo Business Centre office building, LAMDA Development extends its warmest wishes to EGNATIA Insurance Company and expresses confidence that the uniquely-designed complex will contribute to the company’s further development.

The state-of-the-art Apollo Business Centre office building was developed by LAMDA Estate Development S.A., (a 100% owned subsidiary of LAMDA Development) and is the new location for the corporate headquarters of EGNATIA Insurance Company.

“LAMDA Development is committed to the development of high-standard buildings that not only meet market demands, but also create new industry benchmarks. The Apollo Business Centre confirms our commitment in the best possible way: unique architecture, state-of-the-art specifications, functional use of space and a well-balanced unity with the building and its surrounding area,” stated a LAMDA Development executive. “We are certain that the Apollo Business Centre will ‘house’ the business visions of EGNATIA Insurance and we wish the company continued success.”

EGNATIA Insurance selected the Apollo Business Centre as its new headquarters since it offers numerous competitive advantages to the company and its employees, including:

Strategic Location

Located on Ethnikis Antistaseos Street in Halandri, the office complex is easily accessible from Kifissias Avenue and the Attiki Odos highway. It is also located only a short distance from the business and commercial centres of Halandri and Neo Psychiko.

Aesthetic perfection

The office complex combines elements of classic and modern architecture, with a ground floor atrium harmoniously uniting the original, restored listed building (a house built in 1932) with a new, modern, glass construction. As a result, maximum natural lighting is achieved for the interior of both buildings.

Functional interior design

LAMDA Estate Development gave particular attention to the selection of high quality and modern construction materials, as well as to the functional use of office space. The Apollo Business Centre comprises a ground floor, three storeys of office space as well as three underground levels: one with auxiliary space and two levels for 66 parking spaces. In addition, the building includes ramps for people with special mobility needs, two high quality elevators, which accommodate up to 10 people, and the latest fire and safety equipment and measures.

Natural surrounding environment

Special emphasis has been placed on the surroundings of the complex as well as the unity of the building with its natural surroundings, comprising a total of 3,000 square metres of urban and natural environment. Most of the area is landscaped with grass and plants, in accordance with a garden landscaping design, and incorporates pre-existing perennial trees.

The Apollo Business Centre is located at the junction of 72 Ethnikis Antistaseos Street and Agamemnonos Street in Halandri.
