LAMDA Development in the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange
After 18 months of successful performance in the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on Thursday 7 June 2001 LAMDA Development was up-listed to the Main Market with the approval of the Athens Stock Exchange Board.
The Athens Stock Exchange bulletin for 7 June 2001 reported that In todays session the Board approved the prospectus of LAMDA DEVELOPMENT HOLDING AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SA for its up-listing from the Parallel Market to the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The company is going to up-list its 14,496,250 common registered shares from the Parallel Market to the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, without a public offering nor a stock capital increase.
