LAMDA Development announced the signing of a pre-sale agreement for the office building complex, Apollo Business Centre, located in Halandri, with EGNATIA Insurance.
EGNATIA Insurance recognized the office buildings competitive advantages, such as its strategic position on Ethnikis Antistaseos Street in Halandri, easy access to Kifissias Avenue and the Attiki Odos motorway, as well as its proximity to the commercial centre of Halandri.
The Apollo Business Centre is under development by LAMDA Estate Development (100% subsidiary of LAMDA Development). The relocation of EGNATIA Insurance to the Apollo Business Centre is expected to take place over the next few months.
EGNATIA Insurance is active in all areas of general insurance. With a turnover for 2003 that reached 60 million, the company offers a strong customer and sales network.
The Apollo Business Centre, under development on a 4,000 m2 site, is a new office building complex that offers high standards and the combination of classic and modern architecture by linking a three-story listed building with a new modern building on a total surface area of 4,500 m2 superstructure. The innovative building includes a lower level, three floors with office space as well as three underground floors, which provide storage space and more than 66 parking spaces.
LAMDA Estate Development focused strongly on the selection of high quality building materials as well as the operational functionality of the Apollo Business Centre offices. The building specifications are based on the highest standards set by the office building market, while special attention was placed on creating a harmonious environment with the building and the surrounding natural area by maintaining the existing trees and plants.
