LAMDA Development stock begins trading in the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange

Starting tomorrow 26 July 2001 the stock of LAMDA Development will be traded in the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, whose Board approved the up-listing from the Parallel Market to the Main Market on Thursday 7 June 2001.

LAMDA’s total stock, consisting of 14,496,250 common registered shares, each at a nominal value of 102.225 GRD or € 0.30, up-listed from the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, will be traded in the Main Market starting 26 July 2001. The shares are intangible and they remain credited in the Lot and the Intangible Title Account indicated by each shareholder. No action will be required by the shareholders themselves.
