New Board of Directors Composition
LAMDA Development S.A. announces that Mr. Peter Kalantzis, Chairman and non-executive member of the Board of Directors, and Mrs. Theodora Zervou, non-executive member of the Board of Directors, have resigned. The Board of Directors at its meeting on 26.03.2015 proceeded to the election of Mr. Anastasios Giannitsis and Mrs. Evgenia Paizi, in replacement of the resigned members, the service term being the remaining of the service of the BoD and was composed as a body, as follows:
- Anastasios Giannitsis, Chairman, non - executive member
- Evangelos Chronis, Vice Chairman, non - executive member
- Odyssefs Athanasiou, Chief Executive Officer, executive member
- Fhotios Antonatos, non - executive member
- Georgios Gerardos, independent non - executive member
- Odyssefs Kyriacopoulos, independent non - executive member
- Achillefs Konstantakopoulos, independent non - executive member
- Evgenia Paizi, non - executive member
- Dimitrios Politis, non - executive member
The election of the new members of the Board of Directors will be announced to the next General Meeting of the Shareholders in accordance to C.L. 2190/1920 and the Companys Articles of Association.
