Purchase of Own Shares

LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 26 June 2025 as well as of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 26 June 2025 and following the Share Buyback Announcement dated 27 June 2025, announces that during the period 29.12.2025 – 30.12.2025 it acquired 50,000 own shares in total, as follows:

Following the aforementioned acquisitions, the Company holds in aggregate 5,806,546 own shares, equivalent to 3.285% of the Company’s total outstanding number of shares.
