LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 26 June 2025 as well as of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 26 June 2025 and following the Share Buyback Announcement dated 27 June 2025, announces that during the period 26.01.2026 – 30.01.2026 it acquired 91,990 own shares in total, as follows:
