Sale of Residential Land Plots for a total consideration of €41.5m

LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on the 2nd of February the Company accepted a binding offer letter from NELLENCO S.M.S.A, a subsidiary of TEN BRINKE Hellas, for the sale of two (2) land plots of a total maximum allowed buildable area of 15.7k sqm in the Urban Development Area “A-U2”. The total consideration for the sale of these two (2) land plots amounts to €41.5m, corresponding to an average price of €2,650 per buildable area sqm. The transaction is subject to the completion and execution of contractual documentation.
