Sale of treasure shares
LAMDA Development S.A. following its 3-9-2009 announcement notifies that pursuant to its Board of Directors resolution dated 2-9-2009, the sale of 22.028 treasury shares has been completed through the Athens Exchange. The above mentioned shares represent 0.05% of the Companys paid up share capital, were sold at an average sale price of 6.16 euro per share, within the three year statutory period commencing from the date they were acquired by the Company
