Signing of agreements for the sale of land plots for residential developments of a total consideration of €41.5m

LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investing public that HELLINIKON S.M.S.A., a subsidiary of the Company, has signed final sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) for the sale of two (2) land plots in the Urban Development Area "A-U2" within The Ellinikon, of a total maximum allowed buildable area of c15.7k sqm.

Specifically, land plot A-U2.17, with a maximum allowed buildable area of 9,937 sqm, was sold to TenPlatinum Properties S.M.S.A., while land plot A-U2.18, with a maximum allowed buildable area of 5,736 sqm, was sold to TENELITE PROPERTIES S.M.S.A. (formerly NELLENCO S.M.S.A.), both of which are subsidiaries of Ten Brinke Hellas, with INTRACOM HOLDINGS also holding equity interests in each company.

The total consideration for the sale of the two (2) land plots amounts to €41.5m, corresponding to an average price of €2,650 per buildable area sqm. LAMDA Development Group expects to recognize an accounting profit before tax of c€31m (including transaction expenses).
