Social Responsibility Tax of L.3845/2010
LAMDA Development S.A. hereby announces that, pursuant to the provisions of article 5, Law 3845/2010 (that was issued on 6.5.2010), the new one-off social responsibility tax that was imposed to Groups companies that had profits above 100 thousands for the fiscal year 2009, amounts to 2 m. For the parent company there is no additional social responsibility tax. The total charge will be finally determined after the receipt of the relevant Payment Note to be issued by the competent Tax Authorities and will affect the results of the 2nd quarter of 2010.
