LAMDA Development is the sole shareholder of Singidunum Buildings DOO Beograd, which owns approximately 3.2m sq.m. of land, located 17 km from Belgrade’s city center, near the airport and close to the city’s new ring road. The investment is expected to appreciate in value, as it has been included in Belgrade’s General Urban Plan and the relevant public infrastructure works are in progress.
