(the “Company”) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Charalampos Goritsas, CFO, on 17.05.2022 purchased 2,500 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €5.805 per share and for a total consideration of €14,513.00 and on 18.05.2022 purchased 2,000 of the Company’s registered common shares, at an average price of €5.865 per share and for a total consideration of €11,730.00.
